Block unwanted interactions
Use the player controls in the app to block someone when you do not want further interactions. Blocks are part of the service’s checks for social and matchmaking flows.
Submit a report
Open the report controls for the relevant player or match and choose the category that describes the problem. Report what happened accurately. Sending a report does not guarantee a particular moderation outcome.
Screenshots and reports
Opening the report form hides the opponent’s video and freezes available screenshots from the preceding 15 seconds. Your camera remains enabled until you turn off transmission separately. Drafts last at most five minutes and are deleted on cancellation or expiry. Sending the report may attach available screenshots; missing images never prevent a report.
Submitted images are encrypted, restricted to authorized moderators and accessed with an audit record. They expire no later than seven days after report creation; retries do not extend expiry. Samples may have gaps and are not proof of exactly what the recipient saw.
