Learn one action at a time
Yap Slap reads facial expressions on your iPhone and turns them into game commands. Follow the current control prompts in the app: they are the reference for your installed version.
Start with movement, then practice attacks against the local bot. Return to a neutral expression between actions so you can see which movement caused each command.
Combine your moves
Once an action feels repeatable, combine movement and attacks. Watch the battle feedback and the space between fighters rather than trying every expression at once.
When a control feels inconsistent
Check that your whole face is visible and the phone is steady. Avoid strong backlighting. Revisit calibration, then test the same action in a practice match before returning online.
