Face controls stay on your device
The front camera is used to recognize your expressions and produce game commands. The app does not send raw face geometry or facial-expression coefficients to the game server.
Opponent video is a separate choice
If live video is available for the selected mode, players choose whether to consent. Declining video or an unavailable video connection can lead to an avatar-only match. Availability also depends on account restrictions and the service’s safety settings.
Friend video may connect directly or through a TURN relay. Public and ranked video, when enabled, uses TURN. The connection carries encrypted video; the game does not provide voice chat or request microphone access.
Reporting video
When safety screenshot capture is enabled and both players consent, your outgoing camera sends three screenshots per second during the battle. The server holds up to 45 images from the latest 15 seconds in temporary memory, with no audio. No evidence files are recorded on your device. Turning off transmission stops video and screenshots; local gesture controls can continue. Apple Sensitive Content Analysis results stay on your device.
